LOOKING OTHER COUNTRIES TO CORRECT

Sensex closed at 17615, down 85 points and Nifty at 5263, down 18 points from the previous close. CNX Midcap index was down 0.37% and BSE Smallcap index was up 0.67%. Top Nifty gainers included Siemens, ABB and Cairn while losers were Tata Motors, TCS and Ranbaxy.
