HOW TO SHORT NIFTY IN TRENDING MARKET ?

Many of my clients and followers ask this question. Let me tell you, its risky but with some knowledge of technical its easy.Most effective indicator which will help is STOCHASTICS and keep exact target before making short position.

Please look chart given above  %K,%D when ever came closer to 95 NIFTY retraced ,if gap between %K,%D is below 3 points (ie,%K 96 %D 93.5 ) is a good sell signal.[Those who not SHORT market can book profit to play safe,but NIFTY can fool you by trading two-three days around there]In given chart NIFTY given a minimum of 300-500 points in those retracements.This stratagy never failed if you check from March 2009 in Daily charts.
